Anyone else dislike Damsel in a dress

Their cut and quality of clothes is nothing like Phase Eight used to be. They may be OK if you like the boxier cut but they are so not for me. I have curves!

Me! I ordered one dress from them, tried it in and it was awful.

Back to Hobbs dresses... which have a plethora of pockets!

Damsel in a Dress used to be good a number of years ago - good quality and a cut that worked for larger busts without being too big around the waist and hips. So I was pleased when I saw Phase Eight started selling them, but the one Damsel in a Dress item I bought ended up being sent back... I don't think it was that bad, it just wasn't that good either...

I hadn't realised they were a separate brand before. I guess Phase Eight aquuired them.

I've had the same experience as you ladies unfortunately. They look much better online than they do in reality, especially the quality and fit.

I loved them years ago: great fabrics and cut. In fact I still have one of their silk wrap dresses. I don't know what their new designs are like.

I like their stuff actually and find that the cut fits my curvy size 16 figure.
