Denim shearling jackets

Are denim shearling jackets stylish or not in your opinion? I'm thinking of getting one because they look practical and warmer than a regular denim jacket for autumn. Am I better off spending more and getting a leather jacket for the cooler weather?

I was quite tempted by a Levis one, but really don't think I would get any wear out of it, but they do look cute though.
They might be nice as a layer under another coat. But not really wearable for long enough. There is probably around 4 weeks or so before it gets too cold. I do think they look nice, but I prefer my leather jackets.

I like them, but my 13 year old Dd just got one so it’s a no from me

I bought a Levi’s one earlier this year (after watching way too much Gilmore Girls!) and i love it. It’s really cosy but I don’t have a leather one to compare.

Thank you, I do mostly see young people wearing them not 40+ women but I'm liking the Gilmore Girls comparison!
