Makeup brushes

I’ve just started using makeup brushes for foundation (I would previously use my fingers) and a sponge thing

How often and how do you clean them? I’m using eco tools (I’m in Aus incase no ones heard of them)

Please help!

Foundation and powder brushes everytime I use them, eye brushes everyweek. I have Alot of brushes to facilitate this fastidiousness though

Thanks Smile. And do you use a bit of water and hand soap or washing up liquid or what?

I’ll buy a second one and then it will have a day to dry

No don't use those they leave residue on the brushes that's a pain to get rid of.

I put some warm water in the bottom of the sink with baby shampoo and swirl around in that and rub it on my hand with a bit of extra shampoo if it's being extra stubborn. Then rinse with cold water and reshape and leave on a flat surface to dry on a clean preferably pet hair free towel xD

I do mine as often as I can as it's much nicer to use a clean brush.

You can buy solutions but as PP suggested, baby shampoo is great.

I use MAC brush cleaner solution and clean mine every day.

Thanks so much! Baby shampoo will be added to food shopping list :-)
