Can you help find me a work dress?

I like the idea of a dress. Never wear them though.

Smart enough for office.
Longer length sleeves i.e. shoulder not visible.
No polyester or synthetic fabric (sweat issues)
Decent length - I'm 5'10, but have a longer body rather than long legs (max. 32" jeans)
Size 12 bottom half, size 8 top half.

I have no idea what kind of style would suit and even if such a mismatched dress exists!

I've found a plain black dress, but what to wear with it?
Black ankle boots and black leggings? Any colour scarf?
Purple/white scarf, bare legs and purple shoes?
dark grey leggings, black ankle boots?
