A dewy foundation which doesn't settle into pores?

Had makeup done in Space NK yesterday. She used a Terry primer and Nars foundation.
Got home and scrutinised to see the foundation had settled into lines and my chin and nose looked dreadful. Luckily didnt buy anything.
I am nearly 60 with a greasy t zone.
Normally I use LM primer and Nars tinted moisteriser but want something with a bit more coverage.
On the plus side, the colour was perfect ( mont blanc)

Maybelline Serum Foundation is worth a try.

I quite like Clinique Even Better Glow. They are usually pretty generous with foundation samples as well.

Max factor new one radiant light or something like that....all Max factor products tend to be great for mature skin. It s glowy but not shiny and sits nicely on the skin without a primer.

Mac Face & Body. Have also recently sampled Max Factor Radiance Lift (only available in Boots). That was nice too with spf30.

Body Shop foundation, I couldn’t love it more. Just don’t be tempted to cover in translucent powder as that’s what settles into lines and pores however ‘airbrushing’ it claims to be Hmm

Chanel Les Beiges

Actually, with the pores in mind, maybe not the Mac. Would you use L’Oréal Infallible 24 HR? I’ve tried this recently too and found excellent wear with no “settling”. I’m 56. It’s not “flat” and quite a light feel. Get a sample. I find boots excellent. I got a tiny sample pot from the Clinique counter and an assistant gave me a Lloreal sample (I have sensitive skin and it doesn’t take much to irritate it - I always try before buy). I will be buying the Lloreal after my Mac finishes.

PeppaP is right. Powder is the enemy now.
