36 hours in Paris for work

Lots of walking involved (it’s an exhibition centre event)
I want to take minimal clothing - I need 2 outfits, 2 daytime and 1 evening. I’d like to look chic like a Parisienne!
I have silver brogues I want to wear -what to wear with those ? Where can I get nice cigarette trousers ? And a cute top?
I need something I can throw on for our posh meal on the evening too - I can take a spare pair of shoes for that.
I’m 5’6 and size 10/12....

Thank you sleepismysuperpower1 I do like the trousers. I think I’ll order some. The top is quite nice, but I’d maybe prefer something a little shorter with the high waist on the trousers . Thanks for pointing me in the direction of the 5 pounds website, id totally forgotten about that! :)

Take a huge scarf to wrap around yourself
Have a lovely red lipstick
Wear flat shoes (cobblestones)
Take a blazer
Make sure you visit a French pharmacy.
I am envious!
