Help me find the perfect evening outfit

Please help me S and B experts! I need a personal shopper, or a bevy of Mumsnet shoppers!

I need an outfit for an evening charity ball. I’m going with a group of v beautiful, slim women - and I am neither! 😂😂😂

I am in my forties, size 16/18 with big tummy and legs. Long dark hair, blue eyes, fair skin. Oh, and I can’t walk in heels v well. My usual attire is yoga trousers/ tops/ trainers.

Help dress me please!

Oh and budget preferably no more than 100; I am likely to never wear it again!!

Is it black tie?

Would you wear a dress? If so what length is preferable?

What colours suit you best?

Yes black tie I think so dress or tuxedo suit. Don’t mind re cocktail /long but am mindful of not going too long bearing in mind heel issues! I’m 5’7 and cocktail would need to be knee high, not higher.

Love jewel colours - rich indigos, plums, poss cerise, dark red, emerald green, or navy rather than black. Not pale/pastels.
