So, have been having a clear out.
I have been following a more mindful and ‘quality’ focused wardrobe method for around 6 years now, but do allow myself the occasional impulse buy, etc.
Just done my yearly sort out, putting stuff from summer away and focusing on my winter items, and have actually counted every single item that I currently own.
66 items in total. Excluding outerwear and shoes/accessories.
I have really been enjoying watching Justine Leconte on YouTube (a really calming, modest, knowledgable French designer, def look her up if not familiar) and I’m sure someone ‘decided’ that a capsule wardrobe contains a mere 36 items!
Would love your thoughts on this, how you approach your capsule/wardrobe whatever. I just love reading about it for some reason!
Does 36 sound too extreme?
And does 66 sound excessive!!!??
(Not being too serious here, just a bit of fun, there’s nowt more irritating than overly zealous wardrobe naval gazing I’m sure;))
