Have any of you done it successfully?
I currently have the Henri Bendel Jetsetter convertible backpack and I LOVE it, but I am really tempted to try and go for a smaller crossbody inspired by a woman i saw yesterday with a beautiful Vintage tapestry crossbody- it was obviously well used and loved. I do like to carry a book or magazine, my diary and my kate spade wallet though so I just don't know how to do it. A lady I work with uses a small and well loved squashy leather cross body but then brings lunch, spare shoes etc in a tote- but does that defeat the object and make you have to carry 2 bags?
