Anyone else have this problem with blazers, jackets and coats?

I put on my jumper/ tshirt/ top, all ok, looking presentable then I put on my jacket and it all bunches up and gapes. Anyone know why this could be?! I've never seen anyone else with a bunched up neckline, creased up gathered top and looking like they've taken a tumble through a bush backwards?

I find this if the top layer is too tight across my shoulders. Everything at the front gets sort of pushed up.

Hold your sleeves really tight on your jumper shirt when you put your jacket on and pull them down once it's on to stop the tops from riding up

I get this when wearing a coat over a button up shirt. Not so much with other stuff.

I don’t know the solution, no matter how carefully I adjust the shirt it seems to want to travel all twisted up around my neck!

I do like loose fitting shirts with a few buttons open at the collar so maybe if I wore a fitted shirt buttoned higher it might create more tension in the fabric and not bunch up?

One of life’s mysteries.

I do what MeMyselfand suggested.

I'll try holding onto the sleeves and wriggling into my jacket, I was sort of doing that this morning but it didn't help with the neckline. Also on 3/4 length and short sleeves. For some reason, the length on the body seems shorter with another layer on top as well. I swear I'm wearing the right size clothes 😂 but am thinking I might need to get everything tailored because of having abnormally narrow or broad shoulders (no idea which?!)
