Help me find winter boots please

I can't find exactly what I'm looking for so I'm hoping someone else can.

Must be black
Flat (no heel at all)
Water proof
Warm
Pull on or zip up (no laces)
Good grips on bottom (I fall over in snow and ice every year)
Size 5

Around £150 to spend

Links would be a bouns so I could just click and buy this evening before I find something for the DC and spend the money on them instead like I always do

If it helps I like the look of the Ugg Maddie and Ugg Kensington but can't find them in black or in my size.

Thank you Laska really like the Furze and Nightjar and I am very tempted to get the blackcurrant instead of black.

I love theblackcurrant ones but have just bought some Clarks boots (ankle boots with laces not what you wanted ) . Moshulu are good I have had a pair from them before

I looked in Clarkes and really liked a zip up ankle pair, until my beloved DC told me they looked like something my own mother would wear.

Have you looked at DMs? They have loads of lovely styles (not with all the laces and yellow stitching if you don't want! I've got a biker pull on style and a Chelsea boot type with a side zip) excellent treads, super comfy and indestructible!
