Ladies lunch 5* hotel

I have been invited to a charity ladies lunch in a 5* hotel on the 6th of October. I have no idea what to wear!

Just shy of 40
I have gained weight due to medication so size 16/18
5'5''
Apple shaped with 38G boobs
Light brown hair
Pale skin
If legs on show need fake tan/tights

Has anyone spotted a bin bag that fits the bill?

Navy or black Wide leg culottes
Pointy leopard flats
Black silky or bottle green blouse
