MAC Technakohl Eyeliner

I'm looking for an eyeliner that I can get in the lash line but gives a softer finish than a liquid or pen. My pencils have either been too hard or nice and soft but fallen to bits when I sharpen them! The MAC advisor recommended this one but I've seen mixed reviews. Anyone positive about the MAC one or can suggest an alternative? Thanks

I loved the urban decay pencil and have repurchased it again and again. A trick I learned was to heat it up a bit the use an angled brush.

I wouldn't use mac they test in animals and anytime I have went to the makeup store they have been caked in make up and rude so not my scene!

I have Technakohl, i love it, mainly because it doesnt need sharpening! I have it in grey and its easy to apply.

The urban decay 24/7 pencils definitely - they never drag and sharpen really well, and great colour range. I love the brown and gold ones for a softer alternative to black. I’ve used them down to stubs and repurchased. Not tried Mac as I use cruelty free so can’t say how they compare.

They also have a range especially for the waterline (which I haven’t tried personally but my friend swears by) if you like to wear your pencil on the waterline.

what colour eyes do you have Olivecake? - I've never tried gold

Mine are greeny blue - I like to wear it on both upper and lower lashlines with just some mascara and no need for eyeshadow. Sort of like this photo (not my eye)
