Ok, it’s not style.. but it’s a beauty issue.
My pregnancy acne is in full force. I genuinely think it could be that I’ve started introducing calcium into my diet again.
(One of the only foods I’m ok with at the min in my first trimester is yogurts).
WTH should I do?! My acne is soul destroying and confidence ruining.... but I’d be stupid to give up one food that I know I can eat and is actually benefiting the baby for the sake of acne right?
I scar so easily from acne tho - I’m already covered.
Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated xx
