Recommendations please - a properly scrubby body scrub

My knees are horrific – dry, hardened and scaly, following too many years kneeling on the floor to change nappies. I’m fixing them using a body scrub daily and then cracked heel balm to soften and I’ve definitely seen improvement, but it is a slow process.

The scrub is nice enough, but it feels quite gentle, and I think if I used one with a bit more ‘oomph’ it might speed things up. Can anyone recommend anything that is properly heavy duty (short of using actual sandpaper!) that I could try?

& Other Stories do some lovely scrubs, currently using the Havana Blues one and it smells divine. Really scrubby as well but doesn't dry out your skin.

My order arrived on Friday, tested out Sat eve. Agree with earlier post about having to stretch them over your hand! Worked a treat, I can see how it becomes obsessive..Bath was gross when I pulled the plug 😀

I use exfoliating body gloves (£1 from pound shops, supermarkets etc) every day with a bar of soap ... I've tried most things and these are the best! The fact that they are gloves makes it easy to target all the right bits.
