Arpege bottle won't spray

Hi. I can't get the nozzle to spray. It doesn't seem to be clogged but it will not go down to where it should press on something to get it to spray. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Ha! Mine too. I shall investigate later, which will include pulling the spray bit off and flushing it with hot water.

Try taking it back to the counter. I had a bottle of Dior foundation that I had this problem with and they replaced it without any issues.

Gosh, I had no idea they still sold Arpege though, my mum used to wear it in the 70s!
