Anyone fancy dressing me for a first date?

I have a first date coming up and I am in desperate need of some new clothes but I'm not particularly stylish so thought someone might like to help dress me.
Key details :
Date is dinner at the weekend
I'm 5'9" and an 8/10
Late 30s
Long dark hair
Need to cover the skin on my chest/decolletage area due to scarring
Date is same height as me so will need flat footwear (was thinking maybe a cute flat ankle boot?)
Let me know if you need more details, oh my skin is slightly olive toned.
I feel the cold so will need something warm to layer up with.

Are you buying new things or choosing from what you have?

Where is the dinner? Local Indian restaurant? Gastropub? Posh restaurant?

If it's informal I always like a boat neck top, good jeans and ankle boots. Messy bun hair. That's on other people, I am short and fat with short hair.

You need a lovely dress, don't you? A simple black one.

Buying new things, so go wild with suggestions! I'm in desperate need of new clothes anyway!

Not finalised restaurant yet so probably want something that would be universally acceptable if that is even possible? I don't mind buying things for a few different options as I need it anyway!
