How often do you use a face mask?

I've just started using face masks for the first time in 46 years - always been scared i. the past as have sensitive oily peri menopausal acne p!us rosacea - nice! The rosacea is controlled with Soolantra and the acne, getting there, wjth no dairy, no sugar, DIM supplement and Liver support supplement plus loads of green veg and yoga.
Anyway, tried a clay mask last week, Aztek bentonite clay mask, and the results have been amazing - stopped a few boils in their tracks and cleared existing spots and made skin so soft and supple.
Anyway, out for lunch yesterday with 4 friends and I brought up the mask and every one of them said they used masks regularly, at least twice a week and two of the girls said they use a mask every njght - a different one depending on what they needed - I was gobsmacked at the high maintenance as I thought I was HM!!
Is this something everyone does?
Can anyone recommend a skin plumping mask especially for the eye area?

I try to use a clay/deep cleansing mask once a week, and a nourishing/moisturizing one once a week. But if I don't have time or inclination, I skip.

Every night is excessive, unless you have very problematic skin,

I use two - a charcoal face mask followed by a sheet mask once a week (sunday night). Every night is excessive and surely ridiculously expensive!

They are probably doing sheet masks or over night masks every day, not clay based as that would make your skin start producing a lot more oil to compensate.
