‘Breathable’ tights to avoid itchiness

I mostly wear dresses and skirts for work and have recently upped my days. I’m prone to thrush and definitely feel the itch starting after a few days in tights...
I don’t think I’d feel comfortable in suspenders / hold ups as not very ‘ladylike’ (sometimes end up crawling around the floor plugging stuff in...)
Are there any tights with breathable gusset areas? Or shall I try cutting a slit in the area? Blush

Try cotton tights? M&S, Next, Cos all do them. White Stuff have a good variety of colours but haven't tried those.
