Tights for work

What sort of tights do people wear in the office these days? I have lots of black opaque ones and lots of fine denier nude tights but our office is noriously fickle in temperature. Do people wear fine denier black tights these days? If so, what denier is best when it comes to balancing looking ok against not putting your finger through them every time you need to go to the loo.

I wear them, I like Marks and Spencer ladder resist ones, the 10 or 15 denier. I think the brand name is autograph. They last for ages and I've never put my fingers through.

Second M&S ladder resist ones, they really do last.
