What hair heat protection spray please?

Any recommendations for something which isn’t sticky please?

I've gotta v05 one and a Paul Mitchell one. Neither are sticky. Anything I use weighs down my fine hair though, so I don't love them.

I have a superdrug own-brand one. It comes in a blue bottle and is great and cheap!

Thanks ... have ordered a Tresemme spray - Boots didn’t have much choice but recommended here and online reviews are good.
