Which Dr Marten’s?

Please help me with this first world problem!
I really want a pair of super sturdy boots / shoes to walk the dog and tromp around in feeling fabulous. I really like these two options; but I just can’t choose.
Boots - practical, classic choice but I am a curvy size 16 and I’m worried that I will look fat.
Shoes - I think these are super cool, but maybe not so practical for dog walking and are they a bit school-girl-ish with dresses?
I probably can’t afford more than one pair of shoes this winter. I don’t want to get it wrong and I just can’t choose!

Boots!

Boots! The shoes are fine but a bit like school shoes. Boots will keep you dryer and are easier to style.

I got some Chelsea boots for Christmas and lived in them til it got too hot! They are sooo comfy.

Boots! They'll last you for years too. I love mine for walking the dog.
I got a brand new pair on ebay for £47 last year
