Is it tights weather yet?

I have an interview this week and have been trying things on. I have put on half a stone since I have been out of work and can’t comfortably get any of my trousers on. I have a suitable dress but it needs opaque tights I think. Is it tights weather for you yet?

I've seen a few people back in tights and boots. Today is cold and wet but depending on where you are in the country.

There's plenty of opaque tights that are temperature controlled so more than cool enough to wear in summer iyswim.

Seriously? I've been in black tights all summer when the temperatures have been under about 22 degrees so yes. Thicker ones if it goes lower.

Yep I’ve been wearing tights for the past week or so for work.

Can't see much of a difference between wearing trousers or tights - best to feel comfortable and confident for your interview

Not quite in Cornwall; only old ladies are wearing tights (75+ ). Everyone else is still showing skin.

It was boiling in the East Midlands today (well 24 degrees) and the thought of tights makes me feel a bit queasy (I am hot and pregnant though!)

I think you can wear tights, you'll be fine.

A few teachers at our place were back in their opaque tights today.

Its a bit too sunny really here, but I am itching to get mine out and my boots! Work autumn/winter wear is so much easier than Summer. I feel nice in tights, feel minging in Summer. I love summer, but not summer clothes on me.

It's been 25 in London today so no way.
Wear what you like of course but for me I find I spend so many months of the year in cold weather clothes, I like to try and wear summer outfits for as long as possible.
