Late September holiday clothes ideas needed please.

After a very tough year Dh has surprised me by booking a sun holiday at the end of September. It's Europe but he is surprising me. I think probably Spain/Portugal.
I haven't been abroad in over 10 years. I don't have a lot to spend and it's quite late in the year for holiday shopping.
I'm short and 16 bottom, 18 top.
Can anyone suggest some things for me?

What a lovely surprise! I’d take a look at the John Lewis website for clearance items from all the major brands. You might even be able to look by size. I’d suggest wife leg linen trousers with linen tops or cotton T shirts, a couple of linen shift dresses with glitzy sandals for evening, a couple of wool cardigans in case it gets cooler and a couple of day dresses.
Boden clearance has some bargains.
These linen dresses wear well. You could wear them with a skinny belt for a good look
