How can I make my lovely boots fit??

OK, so I can't, they're just too big. But oh my god they're so pretty. They're shoe boots so I don't walk out of them but the back of my heel lifts so will be mega uncomfortable and I'll probably land on my arse. Is there a magic product that I can put in these lovelies to makes them a bit snugger or am I going to have to do the sensible thing and send them back. (Please do not tell me I have to do this or I may cry).

Insoles? Get a smaller size?

Spam88 · 02/09/2018 10:56

Could try some heel shields as well?

Lucylugs · 02/09/2018 10:56

I would try thick gel insoles to reduce them by a size or you can buy foam crescent shapes to put into the toes.

They don't have a smaller size (sorry, I should have said that). They're a size 5 (which I usually am), but they're much bigger than a 'normal' size 5. They're from Jigsaw and I've never bought shoes/boots from them before. May need to try insoles and heel shields and see if that works!

The best thing is an ordinary half or full insole. Try either and if not, try the other one.

Take it from me, I waver between a 5 and 5.5 and have this problem often.
