Do I need a cleanser?

I'm early twenties and have recently developed a slightly greasy smell on my forehead for some reason. It just smells like unwashed hair , and I'm having the odd spot and pimple (never having had spots ever before). I do have 2 small children, and do work full time in an office so maybe it's environmental reasons but it's irritating me. I don't wear makeup , and have combination skin, using a bobbi brown moisturiser if it's feeling dry.
I was wondering if the Liz Earle hot cloth cleanser might be right for me?

Even if you don't wear make up, it's best to cleanse morning and night as you'll have oils, dead skin, pollutants etc.

I like the Superdrug hot cloth cleansers, there's the Vitamin E one and the one in the green tube, they're usually on offer for around £3 or £6 with BOGOF. As good as/better than the Liz Earle one IMO. Massage a bit onto dry skin and wash off with a wash cloth (I like the Ikea ones as they don't have ribbed bits near the edge and are very cheap).

I love the Clinique soap bar cleansers. They last forever as well! I've been using my current one 6 months and it's hardly a dent!

I've tried Liz Earle and the Superdrug one. This is my favourite.
