Can you suggest a dress?

I want to buy a dress for a work party I am attending next month.
It is actually very (very!) casual but I wanted to wear something new and nice.

I have little time to go shopping and that usually never works out anyway, so I would prefer to buy on line, but tbh I am not sure where to start. I always see posters here coming up with great ideas and suggestions - no idea how they find them!

So I was hoping some bored MNetters ight want to help me out?

I like shift style dresses. I own one like this one and I love it
Flowers/patterns rather than plain colours
It will be ~20C
Very max £50

Oh and I am 1,60mt, size 8 and no boobs!

OP I think the 2nd asos dress would be a little longer on you as model wearing it is slightly taller then you at 1m79. If you look at description I think it tell you the length of the dress aswell so maybe worth a measure and might not be too short
