I got some Clarks pewter flatforms recently to wear with work trousers which fit the bill of going with every colour plus, being Clarks, are comfy. They only appear to have black ones left on the website though here. BTS18 gets 20% off Clarks at the mo.
M&S also worth a look for brogues and flatforms at the mo but I don't have a discount code!
