Shape wear for hip/tummy apron

So I've lost almost three stone but have a significant apron of skin :/ I got a lovely wiggle dress that fits in an 18, (yay) but need something to try and smooth me! can any one recommend something?

Spanx higher power high waisted knickers, in the 'shorts' and knickers varieties are the best I've found. They're about £35 a pair but you can usually find them on eBay, new for less than half that.

This from M&S is amazing. Especially when worn with spanx high rise pants, I owned the pants already so my only outlay was for the slip. Well done on your weight loss!
