Slim fit trainers that work with officewear?

I need commuting trainers (leather, not canvas) that don't look ridiculous with dresses and opaque tights....

All black, not chunky (Vans, Stan S, SuperGa are all too wide on my size 3 feet). Converse is usually my go to but the all black leather style looks a bit...odd...for some reason...

Have looked at Skechers online but they still have chunky soles....my legs are just too short and I end up with clown feet.

Has anyone found anything? Have searched online (inc past MN threads...) but can't find anything that doesn't look like a chunky trainer...

Carbuckety, they’re a bit small fitting. But unfortunately they don’t do half sizes. I’m a fairly true 6.5 everywhere and have a 7 in the Ugg Milo, it’s a smidge on the neat size but fine. Full size up was too big. Just to note - the label in the shoe says 7.5 but they are a UK7.
