I used to be so into fashion (& actually did a fashion-related degree at uni!) however in the last few years I feel I've lost my way a bit. I'm turning 30 this year & feel a lot of the stuff in the places I used to shop (New Look, Topshop, etc) I don't really like any more & seem a bit 'young' for me. I don't want to look frumpy but I don't want to be in same clothes as my teenage nieces either! Would like to spend a bit of money on maybe some good quality basics but not really sure where to start!

Any advice?

No real advice, but if you're only turning 30 then I wouldn't think you're too old for the high street shops; zara, H&M, oasis, etc.

I pretty much live in skinny jeans and ankle boots for the winter... maybe a chunky knit, a biker/leather jacket, skirts etc

Instagram is brilliant, if you click on hashtags such as fashionafter30, dresslikeamum, etc
