Parka- specifically the Uniqlo Mod Coat

If I get one for this winter , I'll be ok , right? I won't look like I've missed the Parka Boat by about 4 winters?

I love them, and I had coveted them for ages but

most are too warm (I am menopausal so I don'r need all the layers) but last winter I was cold

I saw some that were either horrible colours (I want the green ) or non removable lining

I don't like fur round the hood

The Uniqlo one has some lining but I think it can be removed . No fur .
There's no fishtail hem though (which is a shame)

Its a thick heavy cotton.

Will I look sadly past it?

I really like it. No idea if this style of coat is still in but I have a similar one from a few years ago and still love it.

Can you link to the coat?

I tried it on instore.
Usually in Uniqlo I'm a Large , but even sizing down to a Medium, I looked like a bag lady

The hood was removeable and the lining could be taken out , but it just wasn't me .......
