Boots like these?

Anyone see shoes/boots like these with the high front but with a lower heel? These are 9cm which is just too high for me. Really want the navy ones!

M&S has these kind of high front shoes, they are not very flattering when worn though.

I love these. Would prefer them with a smaller heel too though. I think Office had some
