Breast reduction

I'm looking into getting my breasts reduced, I'm 30 and currently pregnant with my first child. In my teenage years my boobs rapidly grew to size G. Once I'd lost the puppy fat they went down to a DD and have never changed. However this rapid growth and then weight loss left me with stretched and saggy boobies. So I'm only looking to get rid of the excess skin to actually lift my boobs which I think will take me down to a C cup. My question is, has anyone had a reduction/lift and then gone on to have more children, how has pregnancy effected the result after?
In this pregnancy my boobies have grown again to a size G so I'm wondering if it's worth waiting until I've had all the children we want.
Thanks

Personally I would wait until post-children, to keep my options open for breastfeeding but also to avoid any complications with lactation/ further stretch. Congrats and all the best with your pregnancy OP!
