Affordable Ethical Shampoo

Can anyone reccomend either a shampoo bar or shampoo that comes in a glass or refillable container (and conditioner?!) which uses ethical, healthy, natural ingredients and doesn’t cost a fortune? I’m just on mat leave so need to save as much as possible but am having serious guilt about all the cheap plastic containers full of synthetic chemicals that are sat on the side in the bathroom.

My hair is kind of average. It’s slightly longer than shoulder length, neither especially thick nor fine, is mousy with blonde highlights and is naturally wavy. How much it gets washed depends on how much swimming I do but I would say on average it I wash it 3 x per week but I could probably get away with 2 (finally got over the greasy phase!). It’s fairly dry so I need something super moisturising or a good conditioner as well.

Any ideas?

This brand meets all the criteria :

You can make your own conditioning rinse as per the recipe on the page above, which is cheaper.

These are quite good: www.wild-sage.co.uk/product/handmade-natural-vegan-soap/shampoo-bar-rosemary-lavender.
