Another which-dress-for-a-wedding thread please

They’re both made of the same type of silky (but not silk!) material and they both look better in real life I promise!

The green one is creased as I’ve just got it out of the parcel. The red one is a bit tight but I’ve got two weeks to address that ... It also (the red one) has a sash type thing which you can just see to the right in the picture - I’m not entirely sure what to do with that.

Very grateful for any opinions.

They are both lovely. Probably would lean towards the floral for a wedding.

I think both are very pretty and appropriate. Two weeks is not long to lose weight at all so I'd go for the green one. You've no guarantee you will lose it so better to keep the floral for another event. If you'd sorted accessories and shoes etc based on that dress and then it didn't fit you'd be up shit creek.

Very true Raven. I haven’t actually tried the green one on yet though - too much gin on board tonight! Which isn’t a good start to my weight loss campaign so here’s hoping it fits!

I'd be tempted to go for a nude or light grey shoe with that red dress. Only because I think black would make it look less elegant. Lovely dress!

To be honest impossible to tell when they are in the hanger. Try them on and I'm sure everyone will let you know
