Hairspray for volume / dry shampoo recs

What hairspray and/or dry shampoo do you use for volume and texture? There’s so many out there, I’m overwhelmed!

Are all dry shampoos basically the same but with different fragrance? I sniffed a few the other day and was whisked back in time to my teenage Impulse spray days. I’m not sure I could cope with catching a whiff of those sickly smells all day. Are there any with a clean linen-type fresh scent?

I have a texturising spray from Oribe which is great for volume, and just smells like hairspray, no floral scent. It is a bit pricey though.

I use Aldi own firm hold hair spray and ‘big sexy hair’ hair powder (I know, what a name.) I use them for volume and a quiff and stopping Day 2 root grease.

For me its the original dry shampoo, Batiste. I've tried others and its the best one. I particularly like the one with the hint of blonde. It doesn't have weird scent like some of them and it doesn't make my hair look white.

Batiste dry shampoo. I've tried so many and always come back to it. I use it in freshly washed hair for volume.

Herbal Essences (the orange one). It’s amazing! Great for volume and smells lovely too

Batiste for brunettes :) I swear by it

Righteo, sounds like Batiste is the way to go, but I’ll check out the other suggestions too, thanks.
