Anyone else suffer with spider veins?

During pregnancy I developed lots of unsightly spider veins on my legs. I hoped that they may have disappeared as time went on but my little one is now 15 months and looks as if they are here to stay. I’ve been looking into getting them removed as they’ve made me really self- conscious and I’ve spent a long hot summer in trousers. However, given that we will probably try for baby number 2 in the not too distant future I’m wondering if it’s worth waiting and saving my money. Just wondering if anyone else has had them and got them removed? Or if anyone has any tips for preventing them from re-occurring in future pregnancies? I spend long periods of the day on my feet in work and have been told that this wouldn’t have helped.

I have a few on my thighs. I reckon they are hereditary as my mum has them too so they are probably not preventable. I've never done anything about them as they don't bother me much really, and I think I got off lightly with my three pregnancies as I got a few spider veins but not a single stretchmark. I think they are treatable easily enough if they bother you.
