Marks out of 10? Big bit shit, or just a little bit shit?

Thanks!

Love the contrast between denim & coloured top. Sandals are also an unusual twist, and you add a colour pop bag too. Great!!

Depends on the context - wedding = big bit shit, dinner at fancy restaurant = little bit shit, shopping = great (but shoes look too uncomfortable), night out in a pub with friends= 👍

Doublevodka · 24/08/2018 22:29

I really like it. Can I ask where the shoes are from? I love them.

Dinosaursdontgrowontrees · 24/08/2018 22:29

I love it. Especially the shoes and trousers. What’s the occasion? Xx

Rufffles · 24/08/2018 22:30

Love the shoes!

butlerswharf · 24/08/2018 22:33

Great without the jacket

bigshitlittleshit · 24/08/2018 22:37

Thank you! I was totally scared to even post that!

All dayer food and drinks with friends.

Just realised every single item is from New Look Blush

Shoes aren't at all recent, I'm afraid.

Bottom half good, top half not so much. The jacket seems to hang oddly? Also, too much colour contrast between top/jacket/bag. 6/10. You can do better!

pouraglasshalffull · 24/08/2018 22:44

I absolutely love the outfit! The only thing I would change would be the top, since your teaming it with a denim jacket I'd make the top more "fancy" and better fitted too, the shape isn't too flattering. Stick with a bright colour though! Maybe the same colour as your bag?

I love those shoes!!

raisinsraisins · 24/08/2018 22:47

Love the shoes. The trousers and top look lovely. If I’m going to pick on something I’d say that p I think if you have a different jacket it might look better as that jacket is a bit light in colour for the outfit. A structured cardigan or a blazer type of jacket, or a darker denim jacket would look better.

bigshitlittleshit · 24/08/2018 23:08

The top does look better without the jacket on. My black blazer is at work and other than I only have a black leather jacket, so I think the jacket has to stay at such short notice! But will hardly have it on really. But I may see if I can have a quick look for an alternative top in the morning. Just to be sure!

I like the top, and it does go with the bag - it’s pulling out one of the colours in the print.
I don’t love the jacket, but that’s only because I don’t like really faded denim - it’s totally appropriate for the occasion, and if you’re not really going to be wearing it, then it’s fine!
I’m also a bit jealous of the slimness Grin

Ellapaella · 24/08/2018 23:12

Great outfit but swap the denim jacket for a black blazer and it would be perfect.

lexer · 24/08/2018 23:14

The jacket is wrong. I think it would look better with a looser, longer jacket or a jacket with structure (leather?)

raisinsraisins · 24/08/2018 23:16

The leather jacket would look great with this outfit!

Hogtini · 24/08/2018 23:20

The jacket makes you look boxy. You have a lovely figure, a nipped in blazer or leather jacket would be better

desperatehousewife2 · 25/08/2018 00:16

I agree with the denim jacket not looking right and wearing the black leather jacket. Think that would look perfect! Great outfit other than that!

RavenWings · 25/08/2018 00:21

I think the shoes and bag are really lovely.

I'm not gone on the top - but I agree that a leather jacket/blazer instead of denim jacket would probably be good and it'd make it work.

I think if the jacket were a denim shirt (not with the top! Just on as a shirt) that'd bring it together a bit more as well.

bigshitlittleshit · 25/08/2018 10:25

Which is better? Will be flat sandals and a scoot over with iron for the dress! And i’ve swapped the jacket to the smaller size since I took these.

it looks okay, not a showstopper, but nothing wrong with it

Headfullofdreams · 25/08/2018 10:28

Love the sandals, you look great.

bfwithissues · 25/08/2018 10:29

It looks nice

RavenWings · 25/08/2018 10:30

That looks pretty.

FabulousTomatoes · 25/08/2018 10:31

Second outfit hangs together much better than the first.
