Soup advert socks.

Could be hot chocolate or some sort of soothing cold medicine.
You know where the woman, any woman, not thinking of a specific advert, comes in out of the cold and is dressed in only a perfectly oversized chunky jumper and equally chunky socks?
I want the socks (and the jumper, but concentrating on socks right now).
What am I looking for? Woolly socks? Bed socks? Any recommendations? Big, long, woolly socks . Thanks.

Oh yeah, the adverts where it's cold enough to warrant thick wool jumper, socks and hot drink, soup etc but yet lounge around with bare legs. IF IT'S THAT BLOODY COLD PUT SOME TROUSERS ON!

Cashmere bed socks perhaps? Don't know how durable they are for walking around in. Try the White Company.

Well I googled "woolly bedsocks" and loads came up. I have loads of pairs and I love them in winter (about the only thing I love in winter apart from the food).

The best ones I have bought have been from Iceland - the country not the shop - and Ireland. [Helpful.]
