Coat with hood that stays up!

Looking for a school run coat. North face preferably. The hood must stay up and not blow down. Not with a silly drawstring though that makes me look like a mad old biddy! Anyone able to help?

try Helly Hansen, they are made for sailing so pretty good for bad weather and I think they look great, especially the 'crew' range.
