Is this Oasis bag supposed to look like this?

Hi. I treated myself to a leather Oasis bag that I saw online. I haven't seen it in store. It's all creased on one side and looks awful. I don't normally spend much on myself and I'm really disappointed. Is it supposed to look like this? Would you return it?

I would definitely return that! It looks odd as the other half is not creased!

Yes you'll get a refund for what you paid, aslong as you have order confirmation or receipt

I think it's probably meant to be creased but not that creased! I'd send it back and maybe ask for another one. What's the picture online like?

Since you're returning it as "not fit for purpose" (not just a change of mind) and you've got an online receipt, you should get a full refund not the current sale price

It's hard to see as this is the bit under the flap. From what I can see online it looks smooth!

Get a friend to order another one at sale price now before your dodgy one gets back into the supply chain!
