Puffy, lined eyes!

I'm not sure they are actual 'bags' under my eyes, but a combination of sleepless nights with young kids, the odd bottle of wine and years of smoking (only at weekends, but it definitely has been a huge factor) has left me with kind of puffy eyes and lines under them. When I drink loads of water and abstain totally and get lots of sleep it improves but that's not always realistic. Any tips/quick fixes from anyone for times where you are aren't living your healthiest life and they look WRETCHED! Like at the moment. Thanks! I'm 36 if it's relevant.

Some of it could be water retention. If you have the funds/childcare etc, a facial with associated massage should help a bit. If not, there is a lot of stuff on Youtube about diy eye massage.

All facials should have some massage included.

Check out Lisa Eldridge’s facial massage video on YouTube. Not puffy eye specific, but as a fellow sleepless mum with, ahem, variations in wine and cig consumption I’ve become convinced a daily bit of facial self message helps de-puff my face.
So much so I’ve just bought myself a jade face roller (from cult beauty) Can’t sweat to the results of that yet, but feels lovely!
