Fake/gradual tan recommendations?

I find that Dove and Palmers tend to make me more golden but I'd prefer one a bit browner, not too dark but not yellow-toned! Does anyone have any foolproof recommendations? Thanks in advance.

I used to use dove, but found that I needed to start applying it days in advance.

I've just discovered Rimmel mouse (you apply with a tanning glove thingy) and it's amaaaazing. It's so easy to apply and I actually prefer it to any spray tan I've had.... streak free, natural looking (I went for light), but still dark enough to appear like a spray tan. Mine has lasted a full week
