Under eye concealer

Has anyone found an amazing under eye concealer that covers up dark circles? I have olive skin and I just can't find one that gives enough coverage without looking too thick and noticeable. I've tried ysl touche eclat but it just doesn't cover the dark circles enough! I'd love more sleep but have a 4 month old so that's not an option right now! Thanks

I have olive skin and after trying 100's I use the clarins one in the tube. Can't remember the name of it. Will find a link.

DD uses the makeup revolution one and I've tried it a few times and like it, although less is best as it dries v quickly so harder to blend.

Don't think that link works. It's the instant concealer.

I've tried loads of under eye concealer. By far the best i've found is a Bobbi Brown concealer, very good coverage.

MAC you can get an exact match. Also Bare Minerals

Collection Lasting Perfection is my go to. Super cheap and works better than loads of high end concealers I've tried.

Collection 2000 lasting one.

For under eyes I think benefit boiing is great

Thirding Collection. It's excellent and less than a fiver.

Yep collection!

Benefit Erase paste.

Also MakeupRevolution is a decent, cheap alternative. They have quite a range of shades and you could probably use this as a base with a teeny bit of a more expensive product on top.

Another vote for the 'Collection' one. Just as good as the Clarins one I bought for 5 times the price.

Laura Mercier - secret camoflage - works brilliantly as you can blend the different tones. You’d have to test which colour works for you though.

Try putting on a correcter first before concealer. I use urban decay peach correcter as that's the best for correcting my dark circles on my skin tone- you swipe with the wand under eye and dab dab dab. I tried Bobbi brown correcters and I find them either thick or they crease easily. Then I never find any good concelers to wear on top- they crease too much so I dab a bit of foundation currently ysl all hours on top- I don't bother setting as I don't think it needs it but most concealers and foundations i found do need setting otherwise they crease like crazy

Cantthinkofnameargh · 24/08/2018 00:00

Ysl touche eclat is not meant to be used as a concealer I read somewhere . I didn't know this until many years later thinking it was a concealer

Fatted · 24/08/2018 00:09

Like other PP have mentioned, try a primer or corrector first under your foundation to get rid of dark circles. I use a Revlon eye primer and brightener one. Then with my foundation and a dab of concealer the dark around my eyes has gone.

Another fan of the Collection one!
