Dentistry abroad - eastern Europe?

I realise there's an argument against getting dental work done abroad because of the difficulty following up with any problems.

However I feel there must be people on here who have got success stories about getting their gnashers sorted out in Europe?

I'm thinking of a few implants to replace unfillable teeth, along with veneers possibly.

Any recommendations?

Hungary has a very good reputation with German patients.

Do you think that Hungarian dentists would speak good English?

I personally wouldn't do it. I worked in the Middle East and had extensive dental work done. Everything was fine for a couple of years but I had problems with crowns which led to gum disease. This work was carried out be a supposedly reputable dentist. I didn't trust him to fix the issues, it cost me thousands to sort out.

I haven't been myself, but I have three friends who've used Kreativ (I think that's the name) in Budapest, Hungary. All of them have been very happy with the results & saved a fortune on getting the work done at home. And yes, the clinic staff spoke good English.

My MIL has her dental work done in Turkey. The person who recommended them has been having dental work done with the dentist for years.

I get mine done in Greece.
Just when I go on holiday I pop in for a check up and teeth clean. It is very popular with the Germans too.

I always get dental work done when I visit my family in Poland, unless it's an emergency, of course. It's very cheap and the results are better than anything I've ever had in the UK.

Thanks Jaguarana I'll look into them

I just use the local dentist, so I can't offer any advice relating to specific companies.
