My shameful skin!

I used to have really lovely skin. Around 4 years ago I started to get these awful bumps under the skin. They're not blackheads but they are lumpy, greasy and they are really starting to get me down. If I squeeze them they do wriggle out (sorry, gross!) but there are just so many! What can I do?!
I've attached pictures of my head and chin where they are the worst.

congestion.. you need to chemically exfoliate. i have had great success with differin which you can get OTC at boots. research AHA, BHA and take your pick from a myriad. liquid gold is a reputable glycolic (AHA) and paula's choice do a very good BHA and if it were me i'd find a place for both in my regime. the most important thing is to wear a broad spectrum sun screen religiously every day without exception, regardless of your plans to stay in.

Great thank you! I will try these tips.

Another stupid question...does the sunscreen need to be one specially for the face?

i would use a specific sunscreen personally, because i wouldn't want to make my congestion worse!

i have these on my forehead, been using retina and liquid gold for around two years now but i still have them, what more can i do.

You could try the Dermaflannel, I use mine once a week and it helps my bumpy skin.

Do it gently though. Else you go a bit red!

A update! I have used the cream daily and the spots have reduced in number and also in size. I am feeling a bit dry but I am feeling SO much more confident!
