I am getting served ads for this and quite like the look of some of their stuff.

Does anyone know it and if so, is their stuff any good?

I used to buy from them quite a lot but now I tend to order direct from the designer (where possible). I got fed up of it taking so long for items to be despatched and W&B's customer service wasn't great. I think they have overstretched themselves (it started when they took over Boticca) and just don't have enough staff to deal with the volumes.

They seem to be changing models now and having some/more items sent direct from the designer. They don't always communicate this and you need to be careful with overseas designers are you may get stung for an unexpected customs charge in addition the postage you pay upfront. W&B don't mention this anywhere which I think is really naughty of them.

So they have some great pieces but I use them as a curated website then go direct to the designer's website when I want to buy (and compare prices etc).
