What to do with this dress?

I bought this in a 10 and was lucky to get it. It's now sold out in a 10 and an 8, so swapping isn't an option, or even trying an 8.

But t feels a bit too big round my chest, shoulders and arms.

I've attached some photos if you could let me know what you think? The one either my arm behind, I've pulled it in at the back so show the difference. I'm also wondering if the sleeves can be chopped to remove the frilly bits and maybe taken in slightly as they feel really loose.

But the dress was only £46 and I don't know if it's worth it! But I'm running out of time to get anything else now.

Green dress looks fab, you have a lovely figure.

The last dress looks real classy especially with those shoes.

I love the last dress, the first one is nice, but more casual day out rather than event if that makes sense.
