Looking for new black eye liner recommendations ...

Iv used rimmel liquid eye liner for years and it’s great for staying power but I want to try something slightly softer. All the pencils Iv tried either drag or don’t leave and end up grey ish by the end of the day.

It has to be black and ideally waterproof. Any recommendations please?

My problem is when I have a brand new gel liner pencil it’s finr for maybe 2 uses, then it doesn’t go on smoothly anymore and hardens quicker?

Another recommendation for Charlotte Tilsbury. Really great products which are also cruelty free. And the company refuse to sell in China so they are one of only a few companies that truly are cruelty free.

It's a soft creamy pencil that you can blend but then sets and stays put.

At £6 if you don't like it - it's not broken the budget.
